Mr. Lance Hertlein, environmental science teacher, took his 4th hour class to help out with the SSD classes, April 23. The students took recycled bottles to make different arts and crafts-bird feeders, piggy banks and many more. “Making the crafts from recycled products is a great idea,” Madison Taggart (11) said. “I also really like the fact that we are able to help out while enjoying the outdoors.”
