We take pride in our staff, and now we get to know them with their “last ten.”

What was the last restaurant you visited? “The Corner Pub and Grill in Baldwin.”

• What did you get? “I had the buffalo chicken wrap with buffalo sauce on the side.”
• Do you go there often? “Very often, like every week.”
• Who do you go with? “Usually with my family. Sometimes I go with my boyfriend or friends.”
• What family do you go with? ” I’m usually with my mom, my dad, my boyfriend and sometimes my sister.”
• How old is your sister? “My sister is 20.”
• Are you guys close? “Somewhat. We used to be mortal enemies, but now we’re closer!”
• Does your family and your boyfriend all go together? “It depends. Sometimes we’re together, and  sometimes we’re separate. Typically we’re together though.

What was the last TV show or movie you watched? “I love ‘The Office.’ I watch ‘The Office’ every week.”

• Is that your favorite show? “No, I think ‘Game of Thrones’ is probably my favorite.”
• Do you watch that a lot? “Only when I can. It is a little too long for me to watch all the time. I watch it very sporadically.”

What was the last thing you ate? “A chocolate chip granola bar.”

• Was that for a snack? “No, it was for breakfast.”

What was the last thing you did at your former job or school? “The last thing I did was cry and hug my students as they walked out.”

• What did you teach? “I taught freshman honors English and regular freshman English.”
• Was your old school a lot different than this one? “It was very different. It was twice the size, and the halls were so long that you could walk it and walk over a mile. It was huge.”
• Where was it? “Hazelwood Central.”

Who was the last person you shared a phone call with? “My boyfriend.”

• What did you guys talk about? “Dove hunting. Which I don’t do because I am not very good at it.”
• Is your boyfriend good at it? “Yeah, he is amazing at it. He got enough doves to have breakfast this morning. I guess you could say he is okay.”
• How long have you and your boyfriend been together? “A year and a half. I’m hoping for a proposal within the next month or so.”

Who was the last person you hugged? “My mom.”

• Was that before you left today? “No, I think it was two days.”

What is the last store you went to? “I think it was Vera Bradley for a new purse.”

• Do you have a lot of Vera Bradley. “I have quite a few things.”
• What is your favorite pattern? “I like the dark purple. I really like the floral and colors.”

What was the last soda you drank? “Dr. Pepper, but I don’t drink soda anymore because I drink it too much.”

• Is that your favorite type of soda? “Yeah, but like I said I haven’t drank it in a while. Two or three weeks ago was the last time I had soda. I am missing and craving it quite a bit.”

What was the last out of state place you visited? “Colorado.”

• Did you go during the summer? “I went over the summer and spring break. I have family up there, so we go up to ski. We also do a lot of hiking and fishing.”

Who was the last person you communicated with over social media? “My students actually. We have a remind system that is a social media site, however it is just classroom based. I send out homework and test reminders. It isn’t really a social media site, but it is like one.”
