Once everyone completed their assignment, they put their cooked creations on a counter for the whole class to enjoy, much like a buffet. “Every single group is cooking with a different kind of grain,” Ms. Hornyan said. “There’s five different ones; bulgar, couscous, rice, quinoa and pasta.”
