Donations can be made to ASPCA to help buy goods and make shelters for homeless animals abandoned during the hurricanes.
An ASPCA update from Matt Bershadker President and CEO of ASPCA mentioned that their disaster response team remained on the ground in Florida and South Carolina, assisting local authorities with relocation, field rescue and emergency, sheltering for more than 1,200 animals impacted by Hurricane Irma.
These donations allow for teams to go rescue animals in impacted areas as well as make shelters and give medical attention to wounded animals.
