Eyeing her work in Mrs. Debbie Powell’s third hour Fashion Construction 1 class, Christina Quarternik (11) works on inching the needle across her new pillow case to precisely sew the embroidery, Oct. 12. “It’s not stressful. It’s kind of an easier class that you don’t have to study for,” Quarternik said. “I feel I actually get stuff out of it.”
