Spirit Week recap: Pajama Day
Spirit Week continued today with Pajama Day, Oct. 1.
“I love how much EHS has been participating during this Spirit Week,” Mrs. Audrey Bell, hall monitor, said. “I heard on the announcements yesterday that the senior class had 75 percent participation on Disney Day. Anytime you can get a club or group to have 75 percent of the members participate it is a really big deal. I am very proud to be part of such a wonderful community.”
The spirit standing is currently:
- Seniors: 115 points
- Juniors: 80 points
- Sophomores: 20 points
- Freshmen: 15 points
Today’s lunch-time activity required contestants to guess the number of fortune cookies inside of a jar. The freshmen took the win during 1st lunch, during 2nd lunch there was a three way tie and the seniors won during 3rd lunch.
The week’s themes:
- Friday: Spirit-wear Day: Wear all purple and gold and show some school pride.
