Enrollment day information

Enrollment Day for 2017-2018 schedules will be during fourth hour on the late start day Jan. 9.

If students are in a fourth hour class of multiple grade levels, they will be handed a sheet that will provide them with their designated location.

Teachers will be handing out the Course Description Guide Books with a purple sheet and Grade-Level Enrollment Practice Sheet, which will be taken with students to their designated room to watch their grade level’s enrollment video.

Students will need their own writing utensil.  

Once student are in their designated classrooms, they will watch their grade-level video (about 20-25 minutes).

Individual departments has also made quick videos to clarify many enrollment questions. Those videos are located under the same tab as grade-level videos on the Guidance page. The videos can be watched at any time at students’ convenience.

Students interested in applying to tech must see their counselors. The window will close in late Jan.

Credit check letters won’t be complete until after the Semester 1 grading window closes, Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 4 p.m. The credit check letter informs students of what high school graduation requirements they have fulfilled and what requirement they still need. Those letters should be in the mail around, Friday, Jan. 13.

The online enrollment portal opens, Jan. 20, at 7 a.m. and closes, Jan. 30, at 4 p.m.
