5 Things to know for the week of 11/11
1. Canned Food Drive: This is the last week of the Canned Food Drive. Cans will be collected and go to food banks across the area every morning in the commons at 7:30 a.m. until Nov. 15.
2. Cross Country State: Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Cross Country teams on their 10th and 4th place finishes respectively this past Saturday at the Oak Hills Golf Course in Jefferson City, Nov. 9. Hannah Long won her second straight State Championship and set a Class 4 State Record.
3. Soccer Game: The soccer team will play Vianney in Sectionals at St. Louis Soccer Park at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12.
4. Veteran’s Day Celebration: A celebration featuring an assembly and luncheon for the Veterans will be held in the Commons and New Theatre on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Nov. 14.
5. Football Game: The football team plays at home in the District Final in a rematch against the Lafayette Lancers at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15.
